Looks like crucible is back to it's old self...
Shotguns and pulse rifles rule now... No diversity or anything. Why are people so obsessed with just using whatever is the most op, rather than what is fun to use?

You see, you fail to realise that even though people are using pulse rifles more now that any gun now also has a fair chance to kill them depending on its stats. ITs not 0.80 of a second to get a kill cross map now. Its like 3-4 seconds now and in that time you can have a fight back and win! its good now.

2 답변Fusion rifles are pretty good. I still use a fusion rifle. Check my hunter. It's OP, trust me.

11 답변im about done until they address shotguns. i have no idea how or why bungie is so convinced that they belong in a game mode they are trying to bring balance to. there is literally no skill involved in any ohk weapon besides sniping. i get that not everyone wants to sit in the back and snipe. i snipe. i don't sit in the back of the map. i get up in your face with it. the game was thorn and shotguns, now it's messenger and red death and bad juju and shotguns. nothing has changed, just shifted weapon classes. everyone that likes using pulse rifles says it is balanced now. they get pissed and say, "oh, so now you cant cross map with your hand cannon and it is only effective at close range." however, what they are so oblivious to is that their pulse rifles do not have an ineffective range. im ok with them cross mapping with pulse rifles, IF, it takes 5 burst to kill someone up close, and around 3 and a half to kill at close to mid. my hand cannon is absolutely useless outside of close range. how is that balance?

7 답변I see autos and hand cannons too. The only primary I don't see are scouts, due to the cqc maps.

4 답변You also have to take into account we haven't seen the end of the weapon balancing. Right now the dominant shotguns like felwinters that were rerolled to be perfect won't exist or be as strong at 40 in any competitive game mode. Furthermore the stats on the worst offenders might not exist on future weapons. For me though, I've been using a variety of weapons and I find myself enjoying crucible for the first time in a long time

Not really, stranger's rifle & red death are common but I'm seeing suros & hard light a lot more than anything else. In the case of shotguns they take less skill & effort to use than snipers & fusion rifles so they're going to be more common
