Messenger needs to be dealt with. Period.
Call me salty, bitchy, whiny, whatever.
They had no trouble putting the Pilgrim in its place. Everyone was ready to move on if the Thorn wasn't pared down this year.
The Messenger fanboys try to cling to the idea that "it was earned". So was the Thorn.
If Bungie doesn't get real, the Messenger basically nullifies every effort they just made towards "balance". No doubt about it.

6 답변Is Messenger extremely deadly now? Absolutely. Does it leave me burning for X amount of seconds from across the map so I can't regen health? Nope. Does it have a faster time to kill than HMGs from scout rifle range? Nope. I'll gladly trade the exotic handcannon meta for the meta we are currently in now. There are so many weapons that can easily compete with The Messenger right now. Try out Red Death, Bad JuJu, Mida (<---absolutely godly), Strangers Rifle, NLB, Hardlight, Pest Control......you get the point.

1 답변I've always used my Messenger. It doesn't land 3 rounds from the burst as easily as it once did. But it's always been a great gun. Now Thorn users just can't match my range. Get over it.

4 답변Pilgrim isn't better than the messenger. The messenger already has pretty much the best perks a pulse rifle needs. The only difference between hopscotch and messenger is the fact that the hopscotch is re-rollable. But there really aren't any better perks to reroll to anyways.

6 답변I know what you mean. I am trying to get counterbalance and braced frame on my spare change to make it useable.... that is the only one that can hit like the messenger. On a side note, I had a blue pulse rifle called echo 33 and it was a hopscotch jr. It had max stability, low rate of fire, and high impact but it was turned into a 55a-oilyfart jr by the patch and I was sad that I had to dismantle it. It dropped for me a few times but I only decided to try it out last weekend before the patch.

작성자: Batsujin 9/14/2015 11:45:26 PMI don't usually agree with calls for nerds, but last game I played 9/12 people were using it. If I had to mess with it, I would just make it have a tad less range. As is, it's range is basically unlimited.
