Vanity items giving stats is a huge, huge, huge step back from "wear a god damned faction item and that's that" because there was at least a bad choice before, now there will be no choice. You will find the class item and ghost shell that give the highest numbers and never change it. Straight up, Bungie should remove all the stat bonuses from these items before this ruins Fashion Souls for everyone.
