I followed all the steps on here for resetting and reactivating licenses ect.. on both mine and my wife's PSN accounts. We both pre ordered taken King and have not received our pre orders stuff that I see so many other people in game have. So I called my credit card company and file a claim today and got refunded for both. Bungie.. in the future don't claim a pre order bonus and not deliver... Edit : this is in reference to the shader and emblem not the actual guns that get released on 9:15 9/11 Update : So PSN calls me today to discuss the claim.. I explain to them the issues. PSN says they will contact me before the night is over... 20min later both mine & my wife's account has the Suros package (Emblem /Shader) at the postmaster....
