I ordered the collectors edition and have not received my exotic titan's mark. I would really like to have it.
I did receive my warlock's bond and my hunter's cloak.
I don't seem to see any way to contact customer support other than these forums and tweeting (which I've tried but never seem to get a reply).

I picked up the pack for hunter and warlock but the titan pack only had the emote and shader. Hopefully they fix this I want that dang class item for the titan

I'm in the exact same boat. Though it seems this line "Some players are able to access Emblems and Shaders from the Weapons Pack, SUROS Arsenal Pack and Collector's Edition Exotic Guardian Class Items before 9/15/2015. All items will be made available to eligible players on 9/15/2015. We apologize for any inconvenience or confusion that may have been caused." means good news for us?

Good news would be them replying to this, lol. Mine behaved strangely, my hunter is the one that actually got my titan shader and my titan emote which seemed weird to me. I guess I should be lucky the rest of it came through OK. Not sure what our options will be if we don't get it with the launch. ??

stupid queation but if anyones knows out there i purchased accidentally the legendary update instead of the collectors edition but what i can see i recived some of the collector edition content ( shaders emotes and exotic class item except for the Titan mark) not that I'm complain but when the 15th comes around will bungie make this unavailable to me I'm trying to make. a decision to keep what I have or return and buying it again seeing how this a preorder deal I can't make the design on the 15th
