Missing Emblems and Shell for Collector's Edition, card codes and shaders.
I notice in my kiosks that some emblems, shaders and more importantly my frontier shell aren't showing. I have the ORIGINAL, Year One collectors edition of the game and the "Field of Light" emblem (which is an exclusive) isn't on there. In addition I have also noticed that the emblem "Flames of Forgotten Truth" aren't there as well. The shaders double banshee and another yellow one from the card codes before launch are missing and there is no place to pick up my frontier shell WHICH WAS available in the Eva Levante kiosk (alongside everything else) before the update.
Is there anyone else experiencing this problem?

Well, i also own the Y1 CE, but still have the ship, ghost and emblem. But my Double Banshee And Oracle 99 are also missing, plus some of my promotional emblems. From what i noticed those i still have where in my vault before the update. I just lost those that were not in the vault and were in the Tess Everis replcement kiosk. But since that one is gone i can't get them back. Still don't know a fix to this though, bungie will probably solve this as soon as possible

Bungie is looking into it and worst case scenario it will be available to you on 9/15.
