Sooooo.......Necrochasm.
I farmed for Husk of the Pit on the weekend and after about an hour, 2 dropped in 10 minutes. I have upgraded one by unleashing it on the hive, just waiting to get an embalming orb off Eris to level it into Eidolon Ally. So, is the ONLY way to evolve this into Necrochasm to obtain a Crux of Crota?

If anyone is levelling their Husk, jump onto "The Wakening" and head through until you hit the room with the shreiker. Blast it, then 6 cursed thrall will spawn at the far door. Hit one with the Husk and it will explode and take out the rest. Your Husk will be awarded all 6 kills. The Cursed thrall spawn again pretty much straight away. Rinse and repeat until canabalism is full!

My son clicked on the canabalism icon, that I had filled, and it upgraded to Ally. I don't know if it required anything else from my inventory, but can confirm it didn't need an embalming orb, because I didn't have one!!

7 답변I'm in the same boat.. I've had the Ally for a few months now but never got the Crux to drop ..... But I was playing the other day and was told that you have to have the Glow-Hoo shader equip while running Crota Hard mode to have it drop ...... I haven't had a chance to test but if you ever need another person to grind Hard Crota let me know... I want it for the Sake of having it even if it will be under powered in Destiny 2.0

I'm not sure, but I don't think she is selling embalming orbs anymore. Luckily I have one husk and orb. I just need to level the husk up. I knew it changed, but I did not know that it was into Necrochasm (Which I've heard about.)

ya I am still hunting crux. I have had a fully upgraded ALLY since the week it released.... Done crota more times than I can count at this point never seems to fall my way. But I will continue to try till it falls. I refuse to not have that exotic just for collection sake.
