What do you want from your Sparrow?
Sparrows.
Everyone has one. One of three.
Currently Sparrows either have a high base speed, a double boost (leading to self-destruction), or the ability to do rolls and flips. There is a distinct lack of variety here!
We use these Sparrows to get from place to place on patrols, and to speed through enemy encounters whenever possible. But too often, our mad dashes end in death as we helplessly try to avoid incoming fire.
We want to fight back! We want to live! We want crazy future tech!
Here are a few possible ideas:
[b]Weaponry[/b]
Any means of making a Guardian on a Sparrow deadlier would be welcome! Imagine equipping a weapon to your sparrow, allowing you to fire while you ride! It could be held in hand for small arms, or nestled within the chassis for larger tools of destruction. There could also be Sparrows with charged fields in front of them, allowing disintegration of enemies on impact!
[b]Mobility[/b]
Rather than dodging left or right, try going up! Launch over rocks, rails, Reaver Vandals, rockets, or other things that start with the letter R!
[b]Visibility[/b]
Go unnoticed by foes due to silent drives and temporary invisibility!
[b]Utility[/b]
Activate patrol missions remotely while on your sparrow, or have it play a communication feed from the Tower!
[b]Variety[/b]
Different shapes, sizes, speeds, durabilities, and colors! why limit shaders to armor, and give vehicles a colorful twist! Have quality sparrows for sale with factions, the shipwright, or a new vendor!

One can add weaponry at the cost of speed, once can provide invisibility for a short time, one could give the sparrow perhaps a charge style jump, another could add the trick abilitys to the sparrow? possibility's are there.

1 답변Different designs would've been great. Time breaker should have a Vex design like the other raid drops. Grave Robber should have a Hive design like the other raid drops. I've recently started using the Year One GameStop/EB Games exclusive Sparrow. (Only took me a year to realise it looked good) Really nice design on it, shame it's slow and blows up so quickly.

3 답변I want a damn racetrack. This is to have RPG elements right? Well, what if I'm not the greatest PvP player but I'm the best damn speed racer out there. It would be like how many RPG games have little side games like their own version of gambling games ect. Give us some race tracks and make "mount" stats matter. Here I come, here comes speed racerrrrrr.

1 답변Weapons. Like really tho, why are pikes and heavy pikes the only sparrows that get weapons? Why can't guardians? It would fit into the lore I'm sure considering we're always trying to find ways to survive in the wild.

3 답변As much as I'd love for sparrows to have weapons, someone from bungie (can't remember who) pointed out that people wouldn't get off of them to fight enemies and try and take them through story missions and strikes. I agree with this but it would be badass!

2 답변Exotic vehicles that aren't sparrows at all, like an ATV or Motorcycle, maybe evven some crazy ass hovercraft invnted pre-sparrow that's a cross between one of those quad-rotor drones and a bike. But, hey, just new designs would be cool... maybe one with a shield... Icould think of a lot lol

1 답변Protip: If you go invisible before climbing on a sparrow, enemies don't react aggressively for the duration of invisibility.

1 답변I would like to use jumping abilities to get off sparrow. The sparrow itself to get self destruct, so I can drive towards enemy, jump clear and let bike go boom.
