Destiny Taken King Help
This is a quick question but if i buy the taken king and then buy the expansions will i still be able to receive the vip rewards and the weapon packs?

You are required to buy the expansions in order to purchase The Taken King in the first place. You either have to buy TTK as a bundle with the expansions, or purchase the expansions first then go and purchase TTK for $40.
