Destiny's upcoming competition and lack of veteran player support.
In the coming year many new AAA titles will be released. Fallout 4, Fable Legends, Halo 5, Star Wars Battlefront, Black ops 3, and many others. All of which offer huge competion for Destiny's future success. Destiny can be compared to Darth Vader, in the sense of its limbs have been removed and it is a mere shadow of its true potential. In light of all this the true success of destiny dwells in the support of the current fans, meaning take care of us and we will take care of you. The blatant disrespect of our time spent is disgusting. This telling us how to play is annoying at best. The lack of legitimate reasons for price difference between uk and USA is unbelievable. The fact that veterans need to pay $20 for emotes is ridiculous. Iam here saying this because i love this game and it has great potential. I would like to see some real answers as to why the fans are being shit on. At this point i will not be purchasing ttk. I will be purchasing Dying Light, GTA 5, Fallout 4, Star Wars Battlefront. Answer your fans, it is long past needed.
Edit: some of you seem to think i said that these games would kill destiny...i never said that, i said competition... That is all.

7 답변"Playing the game as intended" What happened to "Become Legend"? I guess that evaporated when they decided we would throw money at the screen no matter what they did or said. Sadly, all you have to do is look at the fanboy responses to see that they were right. Lemmings don't care about being told what to do or think.

1 답변Yea man this is very true. The only reason they have gotten this far is because the first fps games that released where super let downs. Destiny had its own hype to begin with but the let downs of other games just fueled its growth but after hours and hours of seeing what's going down then yea it got old. Now it has so much competition that it will fall in the shadows of games if it doesn't get it together.

2 답변Honestly I don't even give a shit about the cost man, although I guess it's pretty stupid, but if you don't want the emotes..don't buy them. What I'm pissed about is this dev team is so -blam!-ing naive and inexperienced that they refuse to add 100% matchmaking. Honestly I'll be happier playing black ops 3 for the next two years since I won't be at the mercy of some kid forming a group. Blizzard did it SWTOR finally had to do it, but it's too late for them, they're still going nowhere but down. Within the next six months you're probably going to see a cash shop.

7 답변well.. Mad Max is coming out today and soon enough after fallout 4. and I still need to finish the Witcher and Batman. btw Dishonored complete edition is on PSN for the same price as TTK. (I didn't play dishonored yet) ..so yeah. I absolutely agree with you.

Last year, "Destiny" only had to compete with Call of Duty, the much derided "Battlefield 4", the long forgotten "Killzone: Shadowfall", and the disastrous "Master Chief Collection". And despite having 20 million registered users, sales of "Destiny" last year were good but not great, and nowhere near as well as a Call of Duty.

playing the Black ops 3 bata this weekend felt like was playing a mix of titanfall and destiny. moves like titanfall and the repetitiveness of destiny. I would still play it more then I want to play destiny. I really love what destiny was and could be, but the TTK better live up to hype or that's it for me. there are too many games out there to just stick to one game that you hope will get better. Halo 5 and Star Wars Battlefront will kill Destiny for sure when they come out.

Outside the US the TTK Digital Download is the same price as many of the games you mention above. Hitman is out soon and it is cheaper than the TTK DLC. Bungie refuse to acknowledge the pricing issue and the only statement we have had is that they are happy with the price in the infamous interview.

17 답변I'm a destiny veteran and I support the game changes currently. Will be fun honestly. I just hope it isn't like the Halo: Reach "Get to Inheritor at 20,000,000 CP" type of thing for level 40.
