Turned off notifications but the globe up top with the constant 50, no matter how often I check it, is bothering me. So I've edited this away. You guys are -blam!-ing retards.

What you'd be left with is a game where multiplayer was non-existent. The mechanics of all the strikes are being changed. Leaving an old version active would prevent you from playing with anyone on the new version of the game. Basically, you'd have a pool of NOBODY to play with. What are the odds that there are enough folks who remain on a 20GB drive that also have a solid peer-to-peer connection to your home.....not good. You can't honestly be angry with Bungie for not removing content from the update so that 10 year old systems meet the specs.

You should have saved 10 euros or 10 dollars form the start of the summer that's what i'm doing and hen christmas comes i'll have a new console with no problem but yea i'm -blam!-ed to I have a 75gb system and have to delete everything for the ttk update in a week or twwo

You really think they can just suddenly make it 5GB because you are salty? That is the size of the data, it cannot be lowered without removing content. And if you cant afford a $60 1TB external hard drive then go say hi to the Salvation Army for me.

Ok look I'm in a similar boat. I have a wife and 2 kids. I know what not having the money to spend is like. I've had to ghetto rig my controller to keep it going. I had to take apart my controller to fix the ps4 trigger, and my son chewed off the grips on my thumbstick. Back in the day I would have dropped $60 for a new controller but can't. That said, if you are spending $120 in a 14 month time span for a single game. One that is evolving over time, and required frequent dlc purchases, it is not unreasonable to expect you to have current or semi-current hardware to run it on.

1 답변Im confused as to why last gen is taking up more space... Usually its the other way around.

We've known since TTK was announced that it was supposed to be huge, nearly the size of the base game. Bungie should not have to tell people that 10(original game) + 10(expansion) = 20(entire HDD). Also, how the heck are people still getting by with 20 gig consoles? I had to upgrade my 360 around the time of Mass Effect 2! In other news, your 360 can't play Bluray discs. Sorry, but if you want to watch Bluray movies, you'll need to upgrade to an Xbox One or PS4(or PS3,but really?). And spoilers: Destiny 2(and most every other major launch after this fall) will not even come out for 360/PS3. Start saving that allowance! Am I being an ass?
Probably
작성자: Zoop 8/28/2015 1:33:33 PMI dont get what all the fuss is about. New expansion requires more space.... What else do you want? Cut it even more so it fits on your tiny drive? If you dont got enough space, youll need to upgrade, or forget about ttk. Simple is that. Obviously they arent going to maintain the game twice, so get on with the time, or leave it behind What is left to discuss?

Atleast they told you. Would have been worse if you started to download it in release and then realised. A lesson to be learned here don't pre order digitial versions of games as anything can change. Now to play the game you just need to save up for an upgrade.

5 답변Xbox one is either 500 GB or now 1 Terabyte. Don't know about PS4. If you were going to buy a next-gen game then you should buy a next-gen console. This was the last year AAA games were being made for Last-gen, (xbox 360 for sure, again, don't know about PS3). If you don't have room, oh wel.
-
Why is that their fault? I feel for you, but the game is going to go beyond a 20GB HDD, that was kind of obvious from the start. It's up to you to make sure you have the available space. Nothing to do with anyone else.

Make a game small enough to run on older consoles with less memory = shame on you Bungie Make a large game that has loads of new content (that the community has asked for) that will require a significant amount of memory leaving older 10 year old consoles behind = shame on you Bungie Do you notice the pattern? The Xbox One has been out since November 22, 2013 and the PS4 released the week before, if you haven't been able to save up $400 in 2 years then the problem is you, not Bungie.
