Some Of You Are Never Happy
Community: We [b][u]want[/u][/b] less spongey bosses!
Bungie: Okay here is Shield Brothers
Community: IT WAS TOO QUICK BUNGIE WHAT A LET DOWN.
Community: We [u][b]want[/b][/u] Mr. Fruit!
Bungie: Special Community Guest, Mr. Fruit!
Community: What a horrible selection for a PvE event. Screw you bungie.
Community: We [u][b]want[/b][/u] something new.
Bungie: Okay you can now wield a sword.
Community: Wtf why isn't my Gjallarhorn coming in Year 2? Bungie you messed up.
Why is this community never satisfied with what they beg for? Look how much this game has evolved in the year. We went from shooting a big circle (Sepiks) in the eye to having 2 rotating bosses with their own special attacks and then when one dies the the other inherits his attacks. Bungie could've done nothing at all with Destiny and just left it how it was. But no, they listen to US and we don't ever credit them. I applaud you Bungie for somehow not being so discouraged with some of this community that doesn't appreciate a single thing that has happened. Spoiled
EDIT 1: Damn almost 300 total replies. Whether you agree or disagree with what I said I'm glad you all are giving your personal and (reasonable) opinions. Keep em comin!

The strike will be beat even quicker than what we saw. Bullet Sponges isnt everything a bullet sponge unless we make them a melee sponge?

So your shock that people are criticizing the stream is hilarious because you are trying to tell people they are wrong based on your opinion and your belief that there is something that a population the size of Bungie community will ever 100% like.

Bump. This community is too full of whining. You asked for something, but when it happens, you change your mind and wish you had the opposite. Is there ever something that we will get and the community will be happy about it? I don't think so.

Don't confuse constructive criticism with whining, being entitled or unhappy. If it wasn't for us "whiners" you'd still be spending hours on the planets farming material to upgrade your weapons. I have almost 2000 hours in the game, I'm absolutely addicted and I plan on putting in another 10,000 hours over the next 9 years, but I'm also not a fanboy in love with every decision Bungie makes. Some of us care about the direction of the game and come to these forums to express what we do and do not like about the game in the hopes of helping Bungie shape the future of the game we all love. ;)

When it comes down to it, there's a few type of people on the Bungie forums: people who are satisfied with Destiny, people who aren't satisfied with Destiny, people who will NEVER be satisfied with Destiny and trolls who just come here to laugh at people who play Destiny. Most people fall under one of those categories.
