In the most recent Twitch Stream, we learned that only a portion of our exotics would be moving forward to attain the max stats range upon release of TTK. We also found out that we will only be unlocking blueprints for the TTK version of said exotics that we own at the time of release. Personally, I find this extremely frustrating and rather insulting with all the time and effort we've put into the game as veterans. We're already losing all of our legendary equipment and raid gear. Now we're losing almost half of our exotics and being forced to reacquire the ones we already have in their updated form. The cost is pretty high too at 120 legendary marks per blueprint, if memory serves. That's some serious game time to get back something I already earned. In the end, I'm ok with having to do something to upgrade my exotics to the next level but I think the current "Ascension" system is reasonable. If we own it already, give us the option to Ascend it to the new design with an exotic shard and some glimmer and materials. Don't make us buy it back and have to level it again. This mistake was supposed to have been corrected with HoW and yet here we are doing it again. Forcing the grind doesn't create more desire for gameplay, it only frustrates those that have already earned it. #saveourexotics
