Help : Help us help you. Need help finding a solution to the Error when downloading The Dark Below expansion on the xbox 360
Hey i need to know if there is a way to fix said bug that is associated with the Dark Below expansion not downloading properly on the Xbox 360. I have a friend who is unable to download the expansion it starts at 0% and proceeds to load to 1% and goes back to 0%. It then stats that the download can not be completed and does not give any error code. He has, Downloaded the disc, Deleted the expansion and tried to re-download, and He did a system check and deleted the cache. Right now i have had him to delete all compatibility packs and tried re-updating the game to see if this re-solves the issue but if it doesn't i would appreciate if you had any other solutions aside from him having to re-purchase the DLC as suggested by Microsoft support. If your friend isn't on a wired connection, that can cause major issues while trying to download large files(higher likelihood of corrupted files wince wifi is unreliable). Wi-fi isn't the best way to go when making large updates so if he's not wired, he should do so to ensure the files are arriving quickly and without errors.
