So what the hell. I play with friends ussually that I deem as pretty good PvP players. We might get one team that's totally inexperienced and we have a fun match feeling awesome. Then we get stomped, then again, and again. I have never gone flawless, and never got more than 5 wins. I've asked for help and followed twitch players to try and get to the Lighthouse and I never get any help. Got 1 guy who said he'd help, he accepted my friend request, and since hasn't replied to any of my messages. I love this game, and I want to get flawless once! Just once. Why do all these try hards have to keep playing, I mean can we give others a chance? Do 3 flawless, 1 for each character, then leave us casual players to have a chance! I feel I'm not even that casual, I'm like consumed with getting better gear and getting better at PvP, but I really do have better sh*t to do. I feel I should just give it up. Anyone feel this way?

10 답변Here is some advice. 1 PLAY THE STUPID META. Yes use thorn or better yet use red death or the last word(hate you). Get good with these guns, it will help. 2 Trials isn't about getting kills. Its about staying alive and reviving your teamates ASAP. That means camp if you know there are snipers. Stay back in cover and kill players at a range. 3 Use rocket launchers that have proximity. Tracking CAN miss, pretty easy if players go behind a wall, so shoot next to the wall and the proximity will kill or weaken the players. NEVER USE MACHINES GUNS. The last word and thorn and snipers CAN and WILL beat even the best machine guns. 4 Use exotic armor peices. All classes have a armor piece that can use faster revive. Warlocks have purifier robes, USE THOSE if you run sunsinger. Don't use the celestial nighthawk if your a hunter. You should use either the crest or the symbiote. Warlocks wear the ram it don't matter which class. The extra armor DOES help. No advice for titans though so... 5 Don't waste your supers on the heavy round. Some players rush the heavy, and tend to use fist of havok or golden gun on them. Stay alive during the heavy round. Keep in cover at all costs and avoid rockets as best as possible. 6 No going one man army. It DOES NOT WORK(i lost many a round because my teamates or me forget this rule) don't split up stay near each other. If a enemy IS coming out you tell your teamates and watch the enemy avoid using your flight instincts of sprinting to your allies or to cover. Walk there while aiming at the enemies otherwise they will shoot you in the ass and laugh at your stupidity of leaving yourself open. 7 USE COVER. Pay attention to your surroundings, and remember that your head is NOT your camera. Its like in the neck area and i have been sniper many times while i thought i was in full cover. 8 Lag does happen all the time. You know how sometimes people will "shoot through walls"? That is lag. You already got shot and your just now taking the damage. So take care if your out in the open. 9 Use communication, remember your playing against people not ai's which cod has now. Constant communication is required and have your team know the callouts for each map. Know your left and right and which area of the map is a b or c. 10 Don't fully trust lfg and random people. Trust your friends. My friend gets people all the time on lfg and we've had horrible people join. Some were good i won't lie but most you'll pick up are probably looking to be carried or just now gotten carried and think they can help others. It happened to me and my friend last weekend. I had this one horrible experience already, One night we had this guy come off of lfg and he said oh yeah i'll help. We only got to 2 wins in a row. That was the first time together. For 2 hours i wasted my passage coins and my glimmer with this guy. Eventually we had to split since my friend had to leave and he had decided we were all going to play on sunday. The guy was like hell yeah your guys are fun to play with. Next day the guy messeges my friend and said good luck with going flawless, i f*cking carried your asses. I did better then him and i hadn't trained yet. I rushed and died like instantly. Tells you how bad this guy did. 11 train to work on your fight and flight skills. Don't rush, don't sprint, walk backwards when a enemy attempts rush you. There is a delay on shooting right after your sprint and use that against your enemies. When in fight mode, take cover, always aim for the head with any gun. Use the res system to your advantage. 12 Use the correct nades for the correct situation. Use sticky nades and firebolt and lightning bolt nades. Never use the first hunter nade for gunslinger. Never use the solar nade for sunsinger warlocks. As a golden gunner use the tripmine and use it on enemy teams ghosts. Turn their ghosts into traps. 13 if a enemy dies. Guard that ghost WITH YOUR LIFE IF NEED BE. Keep at least 2 people at or near the ghost. Some snipers can 1shot headshot res shields. Use that to your advantage. Sometimes its better to let the timer run out in go into over time if there is one guy alone. If he has his super he can hit all of you if you stick together. Watch for supers and snipers when you capture that point. A rushing shotgunner can usually only take down 1 of you in close quarters. 14 Avoid tilt, I can't explain it right so http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p5ciJcRgkE8 I think thats pretty much it. Still haven't gone flawless though due to teamates and my own self. I suck but hopefully i will end up following this and go flawless.

2 답변I haven't given up, but it seems like I will never make. 7-0 last night and ended up 8-1. I get the gold package every week but just can't string enough wins in a row. .81 kd with my warlock so I'm not terrible, but playing with randoms does not help. I'm glad you finally made it.

Bungie is adding elimination as a permanent game type. So you could play that to improve without the pressure of losing passage coins. But yeah, trials is where you'll consistently encounter the sweatiest players, the most op weapons and builds, and the most uninteresting play styles (my personal favorite is the classic 'sit on the control spawn and cover every entrance with final round snipers' maneuver. So much fun to play against.).

2 답변Don't listen to the asses/trollers bro. You are right, it seems impossible and literally is. It's so dam frustrating it's not even fun. Everyone either uses Thorn or TLW. I recently earned Thorn after like half a year with the exotic bounty. I consider myself an avg PvP player and my kd is pretty much crap. I tried Thorn and just didn't feel right. So I started using Red Death and some decent pulse rifles. I put them thorners in their place. Felt good. I got lucky man, I have a couple friends who just live PvP and took each of my characters to the lighthouse once. I couldn't have done it with guys like me. Not saying I suck, just get fukin frustrated with the shit. I'd be happy to have you play bro with another good PvP and give Trials a shot. I was honestly disappointed in the adept weapons I received. The armor is a better reward if u ask me. Their are better legendary weapons out their. The messenger was the best weapon reward... Anyhoo hang in there bro and know u r not alone. I would say the majority of players are mediocre at best at PvP and I'm one of them. Hit me up if u want dude!

2 답변I'm not trying to sound like an elitist but the whole point of trials and going flawless is that it's for the best crucible players. So stop moaning

1 답변작성자: urbuttmyballs 8/22/2015 5:23:39 AMUmmm have you tried like ummm like I don't know maybe ummm GIT GUD? Stop crying, Trials isn't that hard I go to the lighthouse every week at least once. And I have a k/d of 0.9. Play the meta, stop being a white knight, and pick up a thorn and party crasher and play as a warlock with 2 fire bolt grenades and boom youre at the lighthouse. Your welcome.

3 average players with great communication will beat 3 good players with poor communication. Just my opinion from my experience going flawless 10+ times. It's all about talking, learn callouts, look what the enemy is using before you start. Anticipate supers. You'll get it.

The closest I've been is 7-0... Lagged out and lost mercy... I'm not terrible. The team I usually play with are awesome but we're not as good as others. But then my friend tells me he that he's giving up. I think I will too tbh. Trials is dumb...

4 답변Wouldn't go as far as to say my team are real good but we've been flawless plenty of times. Any tips I could give you, depends on how your team plays. Throughout the passage you're going to come up against a mixture of players, pushers, flankers, defenders and complete noobs. Pushers, generally the better players I find. Soon as it starts they storm over in a pack, forcing you into mistakes and sheer panic! How to counter them. Stay a decent distance apart but be able to cover each other. Grenades, everywhere! As many as you can! Before they reach you so not to damage yourself with them. Arc and solar bolt, and that Titan flash bang sort of thing. Fast firing guns. TLW, low impact high rate pulse rifles. Move around, don't make yourself an easy target. Shotguns. If you get one of them the panic swaps to them, they will start thinking of revives hopefully giving you easy shotty kills. Flankers are kinda similar but two will charge to take your attention while the other picks you off at distance or charges for the rear. Be aware of your radar constantly. Defenders. My team are defenders, we generally roll two on messenger with shottys and one on mida and a sniper. Sometimes two snipers. If your up against a defensive team, you need to try and corner them, herd them into a corner. As a defensive player I generally need space behind me to pull back from pushy players. So if you can corner them, get some nades in there so they are forced to move a bit. Use different lines of fire. Complete noobs have an issue with pulling the trigger! Some teams I've come across panic so much they don't even fire or fire wildly at nothing. Hopefully you run into lots of them. No need to explain how to beat them! On the way into every match we call out the player type, striker/bubble, nova/rez and golden gunner/blade dancer. Grimoire. Not always the case but generally high grimoire can indicate an experienced pvp player/team. Weapon load outs. Can indicate play style. No snipers and TLW, pushy players. Type of grenades they're using and how many they may have. Try to gauge your enemy in the first round and win it if possible. If they wreck you, you need to change guns and tactics. Heavy ammo round, if someone has a super or is confident enough, always push the enemy heavy! Other than that it's hit or miss on winning it! If you get a kill, grenade that body wisely. If there's no one there save the nades. Either way get down there and cover that body! They can't revive someone if your sat on it! Don't let teams back into the match. Use your super, create orbs, get more supers! Finish them off! If you kill a rez warlock, cover them good! Not to close though or they'll floof you, get a shield and kill you! But the first win straight away. Get the mercy a five, or six if your confident. Get the double at seven wins. Play with your regular team, it'll feel better when you get there that way. Plus you'll learn each other's styles and customize your load outs better. Name areas of the map so you can call out what's happening and where a lot quicker. Good communication is the best tip! Practice in skirmish and they other mode (can remember what it's called). Use the quick revive stuff. Could probably keep going! Lol No doubt loads will disagree with a lot of this but this is the way I see it so hopefully some of it helps you out! Keep going man, you'll get there;)
