Ok so now that all the crybabies are getting blink nerfed I thought I should explain how -blam!-ing easy it is to avoid blink/sg: If you also have blink- simply blink past them when they blink towards you, easy! When you see them running at you with a SG, if they jump, you do what they did and blink past them, turn around and shoot their confused little ass. Done. If you don't have blink- There are still ways to avoid blink/sg without using blink yourself. When you see them jump, you can sprint forward/slide if they have blinked up in the air Or When you see them running at you aggressively, double jump up as high as you can- blink doesn't have as much height as other jumps so you will be higher up than them- if they decide to blink, your higher up and you are in the situation they wanted to be in, above the enemy...finish him! Or Jump backwards up in the air and shoot them down with your primary Or If you are a warlock with angel of light, you can jump to full height where they won't be able to get above you and you can just kill them while continuously ads to hover Or Literally just run past them with any subclass right as they start the blink animation Or Just kill them before they can even get to you. Whatever you do- DO NOT JUST STAND THERE AND PANIC SHOOT IT MAKES IT SO EASY TO LINE UP A BLINK RIGHT ABOVE YOU AND KILL YOU If you stand still and try to SG them from your ground position [b]you will always lose bc they will have the height advantage, giving them a range advantage also. [/b] Now could they fix blink by increasing the cooldown? Yes, I'm not against this, but ruining it completely with a massive range Nerf or a ridiculously long cooldown is bad and a result of whiners. Please use one of these strays to just avoid it next time. Note: there are prob. More strategies out thee for this, if you have a good one comment it below, these are just the ones that work for me in crucible.
