To all those buying the Gjallarhorn..
Congrats! RNG can be mean, I only got the God of War shader a few weeks ago! Don't let these salty people infect you. I got my 1st Gjallarhorn on Crota's End from the Deathsinger, when I was dead for that whole entire encounter.. I didn't "earn" it, your strange coins were earned so these salty guardians can keep quiet..

*UPDATE* nice to see a lot of love from fellow Guardians but it's unfortunate that there's a large amount of Guardians that need to get checked out at the hospital for poisoning because of all the salt inside them..
Thought I'd share that I have 3 Gjallarhorns already, I got my second and third from nightfalls (a week apart funnily enough)
Don't listen to the salt about "it's gonna be nerfed so who cares" as they're only reducing the damage of the wolfpack rounds, and I don't see them reducing it by much, meaning it will still be a beast weapon, but we'll have to wait and see..
Elitists can cry extra salty tears today, they deserve to...

2 답변I don't particularly care that Xur sold Gjallarhorn, I don't like the concept of Xur full stop. What's the point of having an RNG-based loot system if the rarest and most powerful gear can be bought with minimal effort input? Gjallarhorn is just the most notable of the cases.

I don't see why the saltiness either. I'm almost positive that a good portion of the guardian population also bought their Gjallarhorns on the launch week when Xûr also sold it. Quite a few people bought their first one, but then earned quite a few more along the way. I was concerned when Xûr decided to bring such a weapon to the tower. And for only 17 SC? SUROS costs more than that! I only received a small amount of sh!t for buying it from a friend. But like what was said, we are still technically earning it. It's not like I joined a Nightfall or raid at the very end and got it. Really guys, lighten up. I actually thought it was a really nice thing since I have been away from the game for 1 month due to practically no Internet. I had to have a friend buy SUROS for me the week before last, so I didn't have enough to just stroll up and buy it. I had to accomplish quite a bit since I'm a single-character player (for those who want to check, my Titan is rarely used except by a friend why IB rolls around). I could have earned it from the things I have to do for the 17 SC, but hey, at least RNG can see that I'm trying to buy it and hopefully wont bless me with it again the next time I decide to play a Nightfall or something silly like that.

2 from Deathsinger, 1 from Iron Banner, 1 from Crota just this Monday/Tuesday gone.... ..and Im happy that Xur sold it and everyone can enjoy it now. I would've been ecstatic if I didnt have one and could buy it and start enjoying it. RNG is a bitch, everyone has earned the right to buy it be playing through Year One. If you've put the time in, then this is your reward. Go out, enjoy it....take it into Crucible and stuff it down the throats of the elitist morons being salty they're not special little snowflakes anymore...the pull the trigger and laugh at them.
