Positively. If Hunters and Titans have the same agility, and both people playing them skate easily, they go the same speed, but since Hunters and a tiny bit more agility, they go faster but by so little its barely noticeable.

I main a hunter. Sorry you're wrong. Hunters jumps will actually slow them if they're moving too fast. Do your own testing. Easy way is to get rocketed by a phalanx. Once you jump, even in the same direction you're flying, you'll notice a significant loss of momentum. However the performing the same test with a Titan will show that the Titan keeps its momentum through its lifts
