Goku and Batman VS Master Chief and Superman
Master chief has Cortana, Superman is just Superman, no Superman prime, Goku is Super Sayian 3 at max and Batman has prep time but kryptonite is not available to him.

Superman requires the most op of characters to even contend with him. The only things that can fight and beat him. Are pretty much every single character from the disgaea universe. Also batman with prep time would most likely beat any spartan in a 1v1 match.
