Legendary (Purples) Retired
So, my hard EARNED Trials of Osiris Gear, as well as Iron banner Gear and all other Legendaries are obsolete when The Taken King Drops in less than two months?
This is the last time you cheat us of our of our heard earned gear and TIME Bungie. I am done with you.

1 답변If this game had yearly content release making the previous gear obsolete then I'd be OK, the fact they update in a few months is ridiculous, they gave us the beta, withheld what I think should have been the complete game, alter upgrading armour so you can buy your way up to at least 32, a friend started just over a week ago, he's hit 32 and will have done everything but skolas by the end of week, it's ridiculous. Now they want to say you can make a character max level with a one time buff, screw that, let them do the I'm stuck at 29 grind, the dirty dirty scum. Not bitter, just baiting.

But....you've used them, had those experiences with said item. How is that months wasted? How is this different from any other content update? Just get used to the paradigm and temporary goals, you'll find yourself a little less wet behind the ears

2 답변While most armor will be obsolete, Iron Banner and possibly ToO hear will be upgraded. It's how the game works, and you should've seen it coming. Get over it.

When you hit lvl 40 you should be able to ascend any weapon and armor to the max level. Said purple items would be locked to level 40 characters only. That way it would be still somewhat of a challenge playing your other characters beating all of the new content. If all of these new guns in the new content are so good then I would replace the old ones in a heart beat.... just let me have some choice at max lvl. I'll be super salty if I'm stuck using No land beyond version 2 because I don't get blessed by RNGesus

God damn you people bitching about this are so retarded. When any other game comes out with DLC that increases your level they give new gear to go along with it, that new gear is now much better then the previous making it obsolete.....happens in every game that's like this

It's a good idea because you are going to end up finding better weapons anyway in this dlc and forgot about the old ones. So how about we see what happens before you complain before it's released. Sounds like a post stating to nerf a subclass before the dlc even gets released.

9 답변Just think of then as trophies you can show off. Like 5 years from now a newbie buys the game and walks by you holding a Vex. Hey man where'd you get that gun? Oh I got it 5 Years ago and check this out.. throws on Full VoG armor with Chatter white and Class Item. Holy Shit your Warlock is awesome! So ya. Trophies that can still be used in certain places.
