Seriously, my teammates shouldn't be able to eat 3 rockets and live.
I know it sounds crazy, but there's nothing so satisfying than seeing your enemy shoot a rocket and mistakenly take out a portion of their own team.
In Halo, there was a tactical advantage to getting in close to an enemy team when they had rockets. Why? No one will shoot you (with rockets) if they will take one or two of their own kind at the same time.
Take this scenario and generalize it to supers like Nova Bomb and Fists of Havoc for maximum fun. Do you really want to use your super to clear out one enemy when your buddies are capturing a zone? You might kill one bad guy, but two of your own.
I miss these moments. At least give us the option for friendly fire. Maybe in Inferno gametypes at least?
Sometimes you just want to punch your buddy in the face and teabag the shit out of them.

Wow, it looks like this idea took off!
If this was to actually be put in the game, there would definitely have to be some kind of booting system at play.
The system in Halo worked very well. Maybe if that system were adapted to a degree and customized for Destiny it would be a fit.
And what about PvE? I think some good fashioned friendly fire could be a nice thing.

The later halos I believe had somewhat damage reduction to Allies to avoid accidental team killings. The problem is destiny has way to many other gameplay mechanics that have aoe cone like damage outputs. Not only would people accidentally get 5+ team killings a game from supers and heavies. Imagine the trolls... I vote no very bad idea.

3 답변PvP maps are too small for this, the game has too many weapons and supers that are aoe's and the amount of deaths for both side will be too much. I like the idea and I miss it from the halo days but with the amount of grenades, heavy and supers it would be pure chaos and death.

Hell no Ff in something like halo is one thing, but with all the crazy abilities and such (nova bomb, trip mines, etc) it would be too hectic and youd get too many team kills from things like fist of havocs It just wouldnt work.
