Well im happy because we dont have to keep dragging these weapons along
Its time to move on
EDIT 1.) What if bungie allowed us to bring at least one weapon of any sort and upgrade it?
it should be like an Etheric light or something and you can upgrade it into year 2s maximum damage
EDIT 2.) MORE INFO https://twitter.com/DestinyNews_net/status/628608141698146304

1 답변Don't give a -blam!-. Give me more vault Space. One year. An ENTIRE YEAR. And Bungie, in their collective wisdom, can't come up with a solution to that. It's at the point where I have stopped playing Destiny. Because I have no room for any rewards. Items are stacking up in my post master.

Funny thing I'd this isn't the first time bungie has said this. Deej with his old " frozen in time " comment turned out not to be so frozen in HOW. So who knows maybe this isn't so true either come the second dlc in year 2?

1 답변So I endured trials through disconnects that count as a fucking loss, getting my butt kicked by better players and lag to get an adept hand cannon for a month? Fuck this shit.

It actually looks like we may be able to BUT we will have sacrifice another weapon of the same class, most likely will have to be a TTK legendary that we must sacrifice, this will make it impossible to start the new content with a fully caped weapon.

4 답변1. So what they are saying is I can delete all my current characters . 2. Wait for the DLC to drop. 3. Purchase said DLC as if it a brand new game being introduced by Bungie and Activision 4. Hit max level as I forgo VOG, TDB, and HoWs. 5. Wait for someone to tell me ,"But you don't have fate bringer or Black hammer. 6. Can look at them and smile while saying " Apparently neither do you ". Thanks Bungie👍🏻

13 답변I hate Bungie for keeping important things as a secret just to fuck their players up. IF I KNEW I could be 30 in 1week of TDB without setting a single foot in VoG, I wouldn't have grinded VoG for so long! IF I KNEW I could upgrade my vanilla legendaries with etheric light, I would have kept many of them! IF I KNEW the HoW vendor-packages suddenly contain only a single fucking coin/mote 9 out of 10 times, I wouldn't have grinded them for so long! IF I KNEW the treasure keys will only give shit weapons and unimportant stuff, I wouldn't have grinded them for so long! IF I KNEW my new rerolled and ascended weapons would be obsolete with the beginning of year 2, I wouldn't have rerolled and ascended so much weapons! IF I KNEW my Hopscotch will be also obsolete in a month, I wouldn't have grinded over 100 strikes for a gun I can live without because I own Thorn/TLW! The fact is, every single one of those gamechanging decisions makes me back off more and more until I truly don't give a shit about this game anymore. I've already given up grinding materials, engrams, rep, leveling stuff, doing PvE, and now weapons? What's the deal with collecting this shit if they're useless after a few months? That's totally retarded! At least give us way more vault space to deal with this shit and to put cool thing away just in case you fucktards decide to make them upgradeable again...but even this is a problem these shitheads cannot solve. I'll keep a few ones for PvP and the rest of the weapons can go to hell because I don't even feel the need to play any PvE content. New stuff? Fine...but not a perfect weapon/item? Dismantling this shit, it's not even worth the grind to upgrade it!

This whole approach is lazy...if they design more appealing weapons we will naturally vault our old ones when we are ready as players...individually. For the hardcore player I understand why you might be bored with your Fatebringers and VoCs. You grinded for them early and often and were blessed by RNG long ago. You've had your time to enjoy them. For us filthy casuals that don't play as much this is not the case...I've only had my VoC for a month or so and now it will be relegated to the dust bin. A weapon's value is relative to the player wielding it, not what year the game is in... This approach will only serve to alienate everyone but the hardcore for this type of game. Yes, I understand how MMOs work (whether you want to argue that Destiny is one or not)...I played them since Ultima Online Beta in 1997...quit with WoW when the first expansion came out. I don't like the way those games work anymore. I was hopeful that Destiny wouldn't follow the pattern, but it appears I'm wrong. So be it. I pre-ordered TTK and will play it. If I don't like it I will have more time for Fallout 4 this fall.

2 답변Think about it you are starting a fresh grind for a less than half game? This is bs Bumhole!

If true it would also "solve" vault space for some, they WANT you/us to have no reason to keep our old gear thus leading us to dismantling them creating fresh space for the new Year 2 gear. At least from what I've gathered from the responses below as I haven't had a chance to read the main article, but I will a bit later.

5 답변See this is what bugs me about TTK. I've got enough dollar dollar in my MS account to pre-order but so many things hold me back. No year one gear transferable to year two. Fine, I can start the grind for Y2 gear. But this decision flies against what the community wants. What about our hard won exotics? Most of the TDB and HoW gear is actually pretty poor, so everyone keeps using the older, better stuff. Unless TTK gear is on a par both functionally and aesthetically this is going to be a huge problem. If we had more vault space or an archive then I could live with all this, but it looks like nearly everything we've earned, Xurned and prayed to RnG for will need to be deleted. I get this is how MMO's work but the gear we're supposed to upgrade to isn't keeping pace with the gear we're upgrading from. I have a feeling that year one gear will be the bottom rung of year 2. Much the same as you could get to 28 without raiding and still be mostly relevant pre-TDB. Like Cozmo says, wait and see I suppose. What I find most disturbing though is the relevance of the original year one content. In the infamous Luke Smith interview he all but confirmed that Blades of Crota will no longer appear (as they dont now) and Queens bounties will no longer be a part of the game. What's the point then, of giving new players TDB and HoW; they can't do anything with either! Nobody will do VoG, CE or even PoE. Why chase inferior, obsolete rewards? Why bother doing a level 30 hard raid when you're probably going to be six levels above the content? Atheon will just gather dust in his own little corner of time and Crota can spend eternity playing whack-a-thrall on his own, cos' no-one else will. Destiny has a ten year plan, apparently. I applaud Bungie for trying to innovate a new style of game, that runs with the life of that generation of console. What I really dont want is to get to year ten, and have some wet behind the ear noob immediately be my equal, rendering my last nine years of gameplay redundant. Nine "yearly" emblems are no reward for supporting a game that long. Unless of course I can bring my Fatebringer with me. Then it really will be legendary... My final thought, as it comes to me? Maybe Bungie are going to level everything, make everything from year one into a year two equivalent. Rewrite all the loot tables to reflect this. The Templar, no longer level 26/30 will be 34/36 and will drop Fatebringer 2.0. I suppose we'll have to wait and see.

5 답변작성자: GreenBlazerX 8/4/2015 7:28:42 PMI'm sick of defending this game. How many stupid moves can they make? I could care less who voices the ghost, no light level on armor is a great idea, keeps everyone from looking the same. But, leaving behind all the raid weapons I have spent so much time collecting, is some stupid shit! Just make some interesting new weapons, and perks, and not crap like shank burn, and people will work in the new weapons.
