Christian Guardians
I was just wondering how many Christians (of any sect) are here playing this game.
I've noticed that this game has some religious things in it that point towards Christianity, such as the Traveler being God, guardians being angels, and Fallen being demons.
Just a little observation.

5 답변No such thing as a Christian Guardian. We're already thousands of years in the future where everyone has realized the harm religion caused to early generations of humanity who were too weak-minded to accept that we make our own fate.

2 답변I don't think the Fallen are the demons in this metaphor, if anything it's the Hive. The Fallen are another intelligent race and it doesn't seem like they have inherent powers, just the technology they wield.

This belongs in #offtopic. Or you could have just searched for the word "Christianity" and posted this in one of the other toxic religious posts on this forum. Religion and politics are the most divisive topics there are. Congratulations on starting another toxic thread that has no place on a gaming forum. Besides, Destiny is obviously based on Islam. But then again, Christianity and Islam are both Abrahamic religions that worship the same gawd so I can see why you are confused and think it is based on Christianity. #sarcasm

I'm not saying you're dumb because you're Christian, I myself am an atheist but I think religion is great to teach morality to children or to help people going through a tough time. 2 답변Then explain the hive, cabal and various houses the fallen have. Or just use that umbrella feature and say they're all demons. Cause you know that makes since. By that logic lets look at other games with Christian value. Limbo, Halo, Borderlands 2, diablo series, pokemon, god of war, shadow of the colossus, star fox, Mario Galaxy. See what I'm getting at? Stop trying to read into stuff that's not there. The world doesn't revolve around christianity, seriously wondering why people keep posting stuff like this in here. Take it to off topic.
