No because that would be a really rare emblem and anything rare in this game is highly sought after. Instead of rewarding them with that rare emblem we could have a bad sport lobby like how they have in GTAV so all the cheaters can play with each other.

no they shouldn't. bad sport lobby is one of the worst features iv'e seen rockstar ever implement. it stops you from playing with your friends and being able to use alot of content because you blew up one too many cars

Some other suggestions were: -A jackolight in another form - A shader that is permanent on your armor and can't be changed. It stands out and everyone knows that you cheated. All these are [b]not collectible[/b]! They will disappear after a period of time! I support the banhammer above everything, this is just an idea for the ones that didn't get one.
