Vanilla weapons have better perks. Also LDR is better than her benevolence

There is a rumour going around that in the taken king ALL items no matter their rarity can be used for all levels so for example you could use the kvostov to kill crota etc. as they were intended to be before the game was released. So all of a sudden people want the vanilla gear and exclusive rare gear.

Two words... Shadow Price So glad i kept mine all this time and just recently ascended it. The rifle is still beast! Was and forever will be one of the best rifles in the game.

its gear no one will ever see again. Only day one players that never dismantled may still have some of these good oldies.......(goes off kicking himself for dismantling a old favorite)

The weapons were cool collectibles and some of them were very good. But the armor looked so much better than it does currently. For example the Titan vanguard gear made them a bladed transformer. Hunters were assassin like and had cool cloaks.
