I really thought we were going to get more responses on some of the posts in this forum.. No one in this clan is active besides maybe 4 people. It's nice being leader and all, I got it very quick through devotion to it and helping others, but what is the point of being leader of an invisible team? It's upsetting. I love the name and what it stands for, and I'm not leaving but seriously. This is starting to feel pointless. I have more patience and dedication than I need, but I really wish others in the clan would show the same. Gary, Ziteck, Lisa, Shadow, and Ari are the only people that post in here. I enjoy playing with all of you even though it's rare and it sucks, I wish it were more often but I think we should crack down and remove the inactives. Give them a proposition that makes them choose. The ones who don't reply by the deadline are kicked, and the ones that do will go through a trial process. Those are my thoughts and I'm down to help recruit. I get offers for other teams all the time but I want this to be the clan above all. Leaders are fantastic, and even though I haven't played with the other 2-3 actives I'm sure you're worth keeping in here. I like the way I was recruited and I'm all for that, but I think we should post in the forums for recruitment as well. See how many people we can get that want to be a part of something so fundamental they can't refuse it. This team has potential. Let's get it there. Again that's my opinion. I'd like others to post theirs as well. I want memebers to post their thoughts about the team, what could be improved, what should we add, anything that pertains to us. We can be something so let's make it happen. :)
