Has anyone seen this cloak? Edit : The cloak is called cloak of perception. Edit : So far known ways of obtaining are roc strikes and crucible Edit : Known guaranteed method for obtaining this cloak, have a low level hunter (8-10). Give all rare engram class items and uncommon class items to said hunter allow hunter to decode them. If you have rare it may or may not speed up the process as i heard once you get an engram it's already finialized what you're getting but i doubt that. Proof on last sentence. I used to have legendary engrams. I would save them and then trade em over to my titan or warlock and let them decrypt it. Easy. The above process should work.
