Best PvP Pulse Rifle
What is the best PvP pulse rifle assuming the each has the best possible roll?
Edit: ik there are other guns of personal preference but IK that theses are talked about and I excluded other rarities cause I was thinking of viable options for IB and maybe trials.

It's probably not the best but I had a really good time running praedyths timepiece along with my LDR in control and iron banner last night. Most of my games were pretty good with it too. It melts if you get headshots but body shots do almost no damage. Really fun gun to use. Never thought I'd enjoy a low impact pulse rifle:

Hopscotch for me. I ran with Red Death exclusively but once Hopscotch dropped for me (ironically while grinding strikes for Bad Juju), my piss poor KD increased. It's the range that helps me coupled with hidden hand.
