Locked out of HoW & TDB content
Ever since the recent issues with Xbox Live this week, I've been locked out of the DLC content. I own the expansion pass and it only gives me the option to re-purchase the content. A bit frustrated since I have already paid for this. I'm on Xbox One, any help/advice is greatly appreciated.
