They made Final Round a PVE only perk

Final round makes it easy for scrubs like me to get kills. I don't use final round. Nor do I use Thorn, nor TLW.

They aren't completely removing the perk, just changing it so it gets the damage boost of the final round from precision shots only. Also, there's plenty of things long time Destiny players can have that newcomers can't: Supremacy (inspect my hunter) Shadow Price The list goes on and on...
