Has no one realized yet that ill will is going to have a 2 or 3 round magazine, essentially guaranteeing a 2 shot kill with the right perks? Of course if you're up against multiple opponents you're pretty much screwed so it balances out.

If you're one of those assholes who thinks Hard Light's projectile buff is going to be anything different then you're more delusional than I thought. No one uses Hard Light for that shitty perk.
Hardlight gains the most and red death looses the least. Being the second most used gun according to their graph and still being a high stability 2 burst kill might make it number 1
Hardlight. The notes state clearly that there will be no damage falloff for its bullets.
So unless they change the plan between now and deployment, what you have is an AR that does the exact OPPOSITE of their stated goals for ARs.
Technically Hard Light or Necrochasm. Both received a category buff as well as an individual buff. As far as I know leaves them as they only two weapons with a double buff
