All these salty children mad because their crutch PvP and PvE weapons are going to be less effective. I love it.

For those of you referencing my character levels:
A. All but 1 of my characters have level 34 gear (do you really think I've played this long and never acquired etheric light? Seriously?)
B. Do you even PvP bro? (Level advantages disabled jackasses)
C. The fact that you have nothing to say in rebuttal other than mentioning my character levels just makes you look like an idiot.
Let's look at the popular complaints:
Black Hammer - Not a huge deal. So you'll have to stop firing to briefly pick up an ammo pack or 2 before resuming your onslaught. How is this so terrible? You still have 18 rounds worth of uninterrupted firing before you have to do so.
Ice Breaker - So you have to wait a bit longer for your ammo to recharge. Not exactly detrimental. You can still be just as campy as you were before, you just have to camp a few seconds longer. If you're still hiding up top for oracles I suggest you get a good scout rifle to use while your ammo recharges. (if you don't have a Gheleon's by now I don't know what the -blam!- you're doing with your life)
G-horn - Finally. Now quit denying people a spot on your -blam!-ing raid team because they don't have one. Maybe try learning a strategy that actually involves... you know... strategy.
Fusion Rifles - I'll give you that one. That's gonna be a "wait and see how they do" kind of thing.

You think that by reducing magazine size, DOT on thorn, and the range of TLW will make a difference in the gameplay of these weapons and their effectiveness, you are an idiot 2 times. Both of these weapons will still run crucible, will still be 3 shot kills, and will have you back on these forums post patch complaining again. Chances are if you are getting blasted now, you will get blasted then. Grow up

1 답변Good community we share, people moan, it gets addressed. More people crawl out the woodwork and complain. Vicious cycle we go in. As for the nerfs, im happy with all except Fusion Rifles, Pocket Infinity may as well fire Destinys Story line instead of Fusion Rounds now

As far as black hammer goes, the last few weeks I was running crota normal specifically for a black hammer drop. The players from the PUGs I joined were all, for the most part, looking for black hammer as well. I'd be interested to see if raid completions for crotas end significantly drops in the coming weeks. Further, this potentially could have a trickle down effect. If there are less "veteran" players running crota then chances are there will be less raid groups. Less raid groups means less opportunity for new players to get picked up from LFGs looking to fill one or two slots. Ultimately making end game content less accessible for newer players.

2 답변Bungie were right to nerf BH. It was devastating to the balance of the game. Being able to dispatch a strike boss more quickly on your 50th time killing it is just so over powered I'm surprised they didn't just remove the offending gun from the game completely.

I don't get why people only ask for Gally's on their teams. I've never done so, I'll carry you through no matter what. But because of the REST of the community the weapon gets nerfed. BH honestly shouldn't have gotten nerfed like that. The grind of doing the same repetitive strikes over and over is just boring.. So when we do them we want to do them as fast as possible. Ice Breaker isn't a problem, but for PvP it's gonna be even less reliable. HC? Finally getting nerfed. Geez. Took them long enough.

1 답변LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOL are people really that stupid to think no one will still want Gjallarhorn only teams, this will be much worst as now it's going to be mandatory, no replacements, either Gjallarhorn or nothing. No one is going to say "hey you have a Dragons Breath or One way Ticket?", lol, and don't think Truth will be more used after this, that damn proximity kills it in PVE, lol year two it's going to be so awesome, and we still haven't seen the new weapons, that will be OP, and have the same perks current weapons had removed.

18 답변Have you thought about the fact that maybe people will start asking for whole team of gjallarhorn now that it'll do less damage? Didn't think so. You're just like Bungie, thinking with your ass...

4 답변I think BH and IB didn't need a Nerf, that's about it though And people will still deny you a spot on their raid team, nothing will change there, sorry

3 답변I hate to be a downer, but "Ghorn only" groups won't go away. Personally, I wish they would. But it's still gonna be a beast (and still probably the best) PVE Rocket Launcher. Even if you reduce the damage, a group of 6 Ghorns still takes anything down fast as f*ck. Looking at it like that, TTK doesn't really go down that much (a few seconds, maybe). Granted, that's assuming you have a full team of Ghorns. Even without a full 6, a 3 man fireteam with all Ghorns is still gonna wreck house. Especially in any activity with Solar burn on. Again, I'm just playing devil's advocate. I want Ghorn groups to go away. They never will, though. :/

3 답변I agree that most obviously OP weapons should prob get a nerf to promote weapon viability and variety. I also think though that the static nature of some of the bullet sponges in this game means none of the changes will make you implement strategy as for most people it's still going to resolve around hide and shoot. This isn't just bosses as some of the mobs like the major 35 servitor, 36 VIP in skolas will now absorb crazy amounts of ammo. It's an FPS so most mechanics will revolve around shooting things but I don't know that shooting things for longer will make the encounters that much more interesting or require more skill.
