Destiny Weapon Tuning 2.0 opinions.

2 답변I don't have most of the weapons being adjusted so not much to worry about for me. I do have ice Breaker however and I wonder about increasing that ammo generation time from 5 to 8 seconds. That seems like too much.

1 답변I just hope plp realize that great players will overcome the nerfs and buffs. Great top players will still dominate all others and the scrubs will bitch and complain. Can't wait for the next nerf. It's happened before and it will happen yet again. My prediction is that either suros, red death or multi tool will dominate once patch is applied.

I don't understand why they nerfed TLW to shit and left thorn nearly untouched solely for its ttk.. Thorns ttk barely changes. They should have made its dage dropoff a lot quicker and for example hve the poison debuff only apply on headshots.. The last word was only rewarding people with high ttk's with headshot. Good thing they fixed the hipfire to ads bug. But next to this they nerfed its range, damage dropoff and less bullets. I wonder how its going to handle after the patch. I'll stick to the messenger/hawkmoon/red death then :P

1 답변I'm happy about it. Missed using ARs in pvp. Nice to mix it up a bit. Pvp got a bit boring fighting thorn and last word every game.

12 답변Most of it was ok. The only thing I have a huge problem with is the fact that they cut TLW's range in half, but didn't even touch Thorn's range other than in the generic Handcannon nerf. That's just really funny to me considering in their rant they specifically said that it is annoying to get sniped across the map by a Thorn.

There will be a new top tier of weapons, and people will overuse them and people will whine because they don't have them and those will be nerfed. It's a cycle. I'm giving this game a rest until September and then I will reevaluate whether I will buy TTK. My guess is that Suros, Red Death, and maybe Necrocasm will be the new top tier. Gjally will still be top tier and everyone will still ask for gjally in raids and it will likely be worse than before.

2 답변I'm cool with pretty much all of it except not sure why they're still trying to make fusion rifles worse when they get no love already. They need a PvE damage buff.

4 답변How about instead of nurfing(except black hammer you people need to grow up it was a legendary bit functioned Like an exotic) everybody you fix things like your exotic bounty mechanics like for real now I have 2 bad jujus 2 thorns and two invective...all I want is pocket infinity is that to much to ask bungi is it?

1 답변If the changes result in longer gun fights, I'm all for it. TTK was ridiculously fast for most weapons anyways. I use all weapon types and switch them up constantly so I really DGAF.

4 답변Posted this is another thread, will post here for sake of discussion. 1) the retuning hasn't even happened yet. They didn't even go into specifics for some of their changes. How badly were Wolfpack Rounds nerfed? 10%? 25%? 50%? They don't say. Regardless, it will still be the highest single target burst damage in the game. 2) I love Gally. I love Icebreaker. I love Blackhammer. But, c'mon. These weapons are broken in half. They make every PvE encounter easier. I understand what some people are saying, specifically about people demanding more Gally users to make up for lost damage, but it can't go on this way. To up the difficulty of their PvE encounters, they'd either have to make the bosses even spongier to account for Gally, which really does punish the people who don't have one, or nerf Gally. They went the nerf option. Basically, I refuse to freak out about something that hasn't even happened yet. And people are acting like this will be the last weapon tuning patch. If Bungie over corrects, they can fix it again later. As for the weapon class nerfs, the only thing I worry about is the hand cannon mag reduction. It just seems unnecessary, especially with Scout Rifles getting yet another PvE damage boost. Does this include TLW, which only has 8 rounds to begin with? Also, doesn't this help any hand cannon with Luck in the Chamber/Final Round?

5 답변I know I've now stated it all over the forum but I'm hoping people will see the point and do something about it. The only issue I have with the re-balance is the wasted materials on reforging. It takes real life time to aquire gun parts/motes/glimmer I've probably spent 400 weapon parts, 50-60K glimmer and 200 motes on reforging to get guns that fit the old weapon system. Bungie has now erased all that effort and time. Balance the guns I don't care, but please give back materials so I can reforge for the new weapon system or don't make this a retroactive change, make it only effect drops post patch.

The only one in genuinely annoyed with is Black Hammer. That gun was perfectly fine the way it was. They essentially just made everyone opt for Icebreaker now because black hammer was the best non-exotic alternative. Smfh

4 답변Dumb that they're nerfing the games gem. If guys don't have Gjallarhorn, then grind out raids and nightfalls and PoE like the guys that have it. Don't nerf the best weapon in all of video games cause some people can't be bothered to ''raid until found''. Every buddy I have that doesn't have it, I offer all the time to join in and help them get it. Some people just don't put in the time and effort....and those people deserve the dreamwakers they roll with.

Optional Matchmaking in raids, trials, PoE and such would have fixed to problems with gally elitism. Not choking the best weapons in the game. Because "people aren't playing fair". These clowns at bungie are a bunch of idiots. They need to get serious about problem solving.

I'm kinda disappointed that they didnt buff fusion rifles....if anything they nerfed them...and why didnt Queenbreakers get a PvE buff? I am happy about the nechrochasm buff and The Lord Of Wolves perk buff

I'm just happy to see them say that tlw had the fastest TTK. I kept trying to tell people that tlw was a superior weapon to thorn and everyone disagreed with me. Now bungie has confirmed it. -blam!- the naysayers lol
