Not this generation in particular, but I hate people who complain about the current generation. IF YOU SEE SOMETHING THAT YOU FEEL IS WRONG IN SOCIETY, GO OUT AND -blam!-ING DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT. Bitching about it and internalizing your judgement is going to do [b]absolutely nothing[/b] and will only succeed in keeping the negativity in your life persistent. I am proud of my generation. As many negatives as you would like to attribute to it, it doesn't -blam!-ing matter. The only thing that matters is what you do about it, and the only people that matter are the doers. So as much as all you teenagers here would like to bitch about the current generation, that shows me one thing and one thing only, that you are weak-minded and are not confident enough to stand up and make a change. All I see scrolling down are condescending opinions spoken from a stance that completely invalidates said opinions, since that stance resides [i]in the generation it is being condescending towards.[/i] You're contradicting yourself to appeal to a conservative crowd. You aren't some forward thinker because you like different music than people, or because you don't follow the same trends as some people (especially since you're actually just following the trends of others). So if there's anyone I don't like in this generation, it's the decrepit pessimists that have to attribute every little negative (negative being their opinion) to the "downfall of society." The people who write on and on, placing themselves outside of the group and acting like they're better than people who follow trends, or listen to a certain type of music, or wear a certain type of clothing, or hold a certain world view. -blam!- you, that's what I say. Go out and do something for once.

I just hate the current state of the music industry. The big names aren't artists anymore. Now it's mostly just autotuned, self-absorbed, expendable idiots being pushed onto stage to lip-sync while being backed up by meaningless sound and a catchy beat, and then being idolized by impressionable kids, teens and young adults. And don't even get me started on how out-of-hand music videos have become. Modern pop music has no interesting lyricism, themes, or instrumentation. It's all about pointless spectacle. I don't just blame the "musicians," though. I mainly blame the corrupt industry that spews this shit out and the people who eat it up.

Coming from a 13 year old, I'm ashamed to be born into this generation. Here's why... •white kids who try to act as if they are "gangster" or "hood" •self entitled little pricks who think they're perfect. •kids who whine and bitch on social media about how shitty their lives are (when they really aren't) •the TV shows •the clothes (the really slutty girls clothes) •the kids who [i]think[/i] they're mature •people who are sexually confused (lgbt) and think they should be praised for it, and think anyone who doesn't support them 100% is an awful person. •Feminists, honestly there is nothing wrong with being a feminist.
