15 답변Being in a fraternity at a state college, this is pretty standard stuff that they tell us. It's obviously a shitty scenario but I mean if the woman's drunk then she can pretty easily accuse you of -blam!- due to her being too intoxicated to consent. And that's pretty hard to disprove if you had been drinking and it's a one night stand. Idk why on reddit and here everyone is like" wtf is this bullshit" because it happens a lot with young adults and the college is just making kids aware of the scenario. It's better to be safe than sorry, because sometimes bitches can be cray.

That whole "Yes means Yes" radical feminist anti--blam!- law thing. Apparently having drunk sex makes you a rapist, and when both parties are drunk, it's by default the male's fault. Essentially people don't want to be adults. Adults are responsible for whatever decisions they make while under the influence. It isn't our duty to second guess their decisions like children. If a drunk woman says "yes" then that is that, she consented, and if she regrets it, then she shouldn't have gotten drunk in the first place.

It's the ultimate double standard. Women are too feeble to be in control of themselfs when drunk but men are. It's exactly the same as voter Id laws. By saying that someone isn't competent enough to have an Id to vote is saying they are too stupid to vote and need all the help they can get. It amazes me that liberals think they don't judge when that is ALL they do. Mexicans can't go through the proper immigration channels, women are too stupid to control themselfs when they drink so it's the man's fault, minorities are too dumb to have an Id. Liberalism is a mental disorder.
