For pve that's a great roll. For the last perk, I'd go for firefly, hidden hand, zen moment, or outlaw/spray and play for pvp. Actually none of the last choice of perks are bad....you really can't screw up a scout on those last perkss, but Cc is probably the weakest of them for pvp. I used to religiously go for cc when HoW came out, until I realized that it resets after a kill, like you get buff for 3 seconds and if you get a kill it doesn't give you another 3 seconds. I've been going for hidden hand on my primaries, it's amazing. I have the illest combo on my Up the Ante: truesight, zen moment, snapshot, hidden hand. I was going for Icarus and Hidden Hand but when I thought about the synergy with zen moment, the high aim assist UtA already has, the buff true sight gives, snapshot for instant ADS lock on with truesight and hidden hand, it was a no brainer. It has not disappointed. I can stay on a crit spot without having to correct for recoil on my own. Last night during a Tiger phogoth run for strike bounty, I was landing all 12 shots for crits from a rather ridiculous range for a handcannon. I tried it with hip firing as well and hit about 75 percent crits from the distance I was at. Just stupid good. Edit - added a bunch of rambling
