Correct, the 'year one players' rewards are a seperate reward to the 'vereran players' emblem. Hence why the veteran players reward should be harder to achieve than something that any 'year one player' can easily achieve.

In bungies eyes yes, but in mine and a lot of other players eyes, i wouldnt consider it being veteran. Veteran to me would be exactly how it is now, with the inclusion of flawless trials passage and perhaps a flawless raid (although not too fussed about that as its already an achievment)
