Skolas isn't worth the rewards
Anyone else feel this way? Between light switch the essence burn and the cap zones it's just plain not worth the time for the paltry rewards
Am I in the minority here?
On a side note I do feel like it was better when it had burns.
I'm sure I'll get flamed for this by some and that's ok because whatever, the internet.

1 답변I made a thread about this about a week ago but it didn't get any love :(. But yeah, its definitely not worth it, at least not for a weapon/armor core and a etheric light. Seriously, even with none to a minimal amount of wipes, its going to take you an hour and a half at least to complete the whole thing, then you end up with your typical garbage from the main chest. In that same amount of time I can do crota/vog 3 times with much better chances for much better loot. In addition to what you already get from the main chest, they need to give you a guaranteed elemental primary even if its one per account per week.

1 답변작성자: KilluminatiSr 7/8/2015 6:08:35 PMIt's only worth it for me now to help my friends though it. Otherwise, I no longer go looking for people to complete it. The rewards are just not worth it. And the judgments chance is worse. I always seem to end up with the gear he is gonna sell next week, or some weapon with shank burn. And the elemental weapons that drop are completely lacking with one of the perk slots taken up by extra damage to one certain enemy time and can't be re-rolled. Edited: Changed elemental "exotics" to "weapons."

I have tried to kill skolas a few times with different people every time, usually for hours & end up giving up at a ridiculous time of the morning. Gave up for a while but now it's the only thing I need to do to get the emblem!! Will have to do it soon.

Yeah. It's not for me either. I have gotten 3 ciphers. That's enough for me. To much of a time sink. Maybe it wouldn't be so bad if they had a checkpoint at the Skolas fight. Give people a chance to walk away, take a break and try again.

The rewards themselves aren't that great, but I think it's a rewarding fight. However, I refuse to run it with people who are incompetent. There's now way to carry a team through, so if I can't find 2 othet good players to run with, I don't even bother.

2 답변I didn't do any 35s last week for the first time. I just couldn't be bothered. Though, Iron Banner was going on and that took up most of my destiny time for the week/weekend. I might tackle one this week, maybe. I have nearly 20 etheric light already, and if I need armor cores or weapon cores I can just do 32 and 34 PoE, which I do every week since they're quick and simple.

4 답변Skola is simple just need to be organised it's fun to do something different for some people not about the rewards. Played long enough now to have everything I want so it's just about the fun factor

1 답변I'm honestly not a fan of the prison in general. It was fun the first few weeks and there were different bosses and levels and stuff. But now I just don't care to do it. I need another 500 points on my cipher to get the last exotic I need and it's been that way for a month. I would rather do the old raids for the millionth time over doing the prison for some reason.
