For someone interested in Destiny its got more relevant first party offerings (Halo, Gears of War, Ion, ect.), a control scheme you're comfortable with, better online features, and impending backwards compatibility for most of the 360 games you may still be holding onto (and its worth keeping mind that upcoming games like Rainbow Six and Fallout are bundling their old games as Xbox One compatible ports with their upcoming sequels, for free.) The difference in graphics is also not significant (and its going to vary far more by games than by console.)
