Haven't got any information about my Nepal Aid T-Shirt, since the day I bought it! :(
Hello Guardians,
Well, as the title says I have not got any types of information of my shirt since the day I bought it (I only got the order confirmation)... I am starting to worry since some people received an e-mail from Bungie apologizing for the time they're taking to ship the shirts, and I haven't got any e-mail, at all.
I've contacted Bungie via Customer Support last week, and haven't got any answer...
I know that I can trust Bungie, all that I am worried about is if there is any issue with my order.
What should I do Guardians?

Mine was despatched by 'priority international' shipping nearly 2 weeks ago. Apparently 'priority' has a different meaning in the U.S My other order, dispatched before this is STILL apparently 'being held in U.S. Customs' according to the tracking. Obviously the thick paranoid wankers are concerned it's weapon parts destined for ISIS cleverly masquerading as 2 t-shirts Christ the USPS is shite

2 답변Same here. Nothing. I ordered quite late but nevertheless, the shirts were supposed to ship in June (mid-end). Now here we sit and get nothing from Bungie but lame excuses and the customer service is no help at all since their replies are generic at best. Very poor handling by Bungie.

When did you order your shirt? I was reading through some of the forums because I have only received a order confirmation. From what I can gather, Bungie has just completed and shipped shirts from the first week of May... Unfortunately, I would not be surprised if the rest (May 11th-May 24th) of the shirts are not shipped until the end of the summer! Likewise, I have not gotten an apology email either ): However, I would rather have high quality attire (but at the same time) I would have appreciated Bungie/Activision sticking to their word about all shirts being shipped in June... Alas, I would not start worrying about an order issue until other customers have started receiving their shirts the same week as your order. Some things in life are worth waiting for and that shirt will be even more special for all the trouble it has put some individuals through. I wish the best of luck to everyone (including myself) (:
