Looking at how i use the Queenbreakers Bow, and the opinions of a few people online. I honestly think the Queenbreakers Bow should have a new ability, not necessarily a perk-worthy ability, but simply a new one that makes this weapon feel, for lack of a better word, exotic. Basically, you know how the Queenbreakers Bow has two scopes, and when you switch them in the menu your literally just switching which scope your character is looking through? I think you should be able to switch between these scopes on the fly, say by zooming in and hitting the left stick. This would make the weapon feel even more unique and would make sense given its supposed to be a versatile weapon, plus as long as you cant switch scopes mid-charge for a shot, you wouldn't be able to exploit the boost to impact that one of the scopes gives. This is just my two cents on a weapon that i love that i think make sense. sorry for the scatterbrained post, if you have an opinion, feel free to drop it here. :P
