I have three characters and when the change was made that you got a guaranteed Treasure Key from completing the Queens Wrath bounties I ground them out for the two extra keys for the first week to transfer to the character I run the 32 and 34 PoE on and something of note is that my Hunter and Warlock each got the reward despite not having completed the HoW questline to unlock the PoE (they're in the process). On Tuesday I finished the bounties on my Titan and got a key and on Wednesday I completed every bounty on my Hunter and no key was rewarded. I was a little miffed, but wrote it off as a bug. Today I did a bounty on my Warlock and again no key was awarded. Before posting I checked the patch notes and there's I didn't see anything that states a change was made that characters have to have finished the questline and unlock PoE for the guaranteed Treasure Key nor is there anything stating it was changed to the first bounty completed per account rather than per character, and having been awarded the two keys the previous week I can't help but feel more than a little irritated if either is the case. I'm going to finish out the questline on my Warlock and turn in the next bounty to see if I get a key and will update with results.
