POE 35 is too OP without burns
Sorry but without the burns the prison of elders level 35 is damn near impossible and it's ridiculous and time consuming, the rewards don't match the crazy difficulty anyway. Wasted 50 heavy synths. Done with this crap. Learn balance bungie....balance

So many people are outright bad at this fight. It's -blam!-ing atrocious how bad, actually. I did it with 2 people I'd never played with but A) were good B) know how to play within a group. I read threads of Destiny taking no skill....It's so wrong.

1 답변50 synths. You are doing it wrong. There isn't a burn so I am not sure how you are using 50 synths. It sounds like you are trying to finish this round the same way that people did it when there was a burn. Here are the ten easy steps to this fight. Step 1: damage Skolas until bonds are broken Step 2: clear ads Step 3: damage Skolas until first mines appear Step 4: dismantle mines then clear ads Step 5: damage Skolas until next wave of ads come out Step 6: clear ads and then damage Skolas until just above 25% health Step 7: making sure you all have full rockets and can synth, wait until essence is passed to Warlock with super ready then kill Skolas. You should ignore passing the essence at this point if Warlock dies he revives himself and keeps killing Skolas Step 8: dismantle second mines Step 9: dance, just dance Step 10: Open treasure chest and then dance some more Ok so for a few of the steps I combined things but you get the idea.

.....I can't tell if sarcastic or not.....Skolas is fricking easy since the removal of the burns and health reduction. You must have been one of the people who could only do it with Solar burn and Gjallarhorned him to death within the first 60 seconds.

You need great communication with your fireteam though. If you are having a hard time doing it, you must be doing something wrong is not that hard

1 답변Either you or your teams suck because i only use maybe 2 or 3 heavys depending on what the modifiers are. Its really not hard its just about talking and knowing how to play around the arena.

do ammo glitch right as you start, kill adds drop heavy everywhere, then hit skolas, break bonds, take out mines, load up on heavy, hit skolas switching essence, rinse repeat until skolas death scream, dance (synth loading screen takes way too long on 360, thats why the ammo glitch important)

It's so easy now I'm just pissed I can never find any one to do it with done it once since pat h and it was stupidly easy to pull off no real threat you just keep moving and clearing adds while slowly grinding skolas down. Only one had gally we didn't need it. I wanted to do it last week as it was small arms yet no gally so no team for me.. Even though it was small arms!

What are the modifiers this week? Last week I beat it with two clan mates that had never done it before. We were all 34, and I was the only one with Ghorn. They both had Titan bubbles (HUGE HELP on mines). It took us a few tries, but it eventually clicked. Clear adds, then focus on Skolas. Then work together on the mines. Send the tainted person to the first mine with the person that is taking it from them. Keep rotating!!!! Go left at first to the top of the ramp, and kill until you're getting overrun. Then rotate left to the far platform. Kill until you are overrun, then rotate left to near the entrance. As soon as captains are closing in, rotate. Once the adds are cleared, pick your favorite spot and damage Skolas. You need to know where adds come out when you're in your favorite spot. Don't get tunnel vision on Skolas and suddenly be surrounded by melee vandals. You can do it!!! Talk to your team. Ask how much time is on their essence. And just yell, "ROTATE!" as soon as you feel uneasy in your situation.

We completed it on our second try... With no mics... and a level 33 on our team. I've actually always found it easier just to kill skolas the regular way. Just run back and forth between each long side and you should be good as long as you know how to dodge the enemies. For the toxin it would be easier with mics but If you don't have one just dance when the timer is on 5 so your teammate can grab it from you.

I've done PoE 35 with my crew almost every week without any time consuming and stressful situation. Last time we did it in a bit more than 15 minutes. All you need is a good team. Suitable ascended weapons and good communications .. then you'll beat Skolas eventually. Keep trying!

Is it normal that I find the Skolas fight enjoyable and fun? Like its easy when you know the mechanics, we beat it first try every time. It might help if you knew that enemies spawn at HEALTH intervals, not time, so just kill everything and then resume damage, rinse and repeat.

It's exactly the sort of fight that it is missing from the rest of PoE - a long, dynamic battle where you have to coordinate rather than just spam the bullet-sponge with rockets. Unfortunately all you're getting over doing a level 34 PoE is the *chance* (and apparently not a very good one) of an elemental primary or elder cipher. If the rewards were more, well, rewarding, people wouldn't mind the challenge. Look at how successful the Lighthouse has been, for example.
