Because most people don't have pet cows, and if they do, it's with the intention of literally milking that cow, and/or eventually eating it. That plus cows have much more meat than cats. Also, some people think it's morally wrong to eat [i]any[/i] animal. So there's also that.

It's not OK. It's just weird over in North America because we use thoes as companions and it's not our custom to eat them over here. They probably have cats as pets in other places but they just find it normal to eat their furry friends
