If you could, would you let bungie drop PVP if it meant they could then create an unbelievable PVE experience. Like maybe a whole new raid every month and dozens of smaller things like POE?
Explain your reasoning below
EDIT: They wouldn't get rid of PVP but they just wouldn't edit or add onto it any longer
My opinion: I totally would tbh. They work way too much on PVP. In fact, PVP is the reason half of the weapons suck ass. This just isn't a PVP kind of game. PVP is where the majority of problems stem from. Have you ever seen someone lag switch in skolas?? (And even if people do, it's something that isn't hurting anyone)

It's funny scrolling through here, everyone who's saying "yes drop pvp" either hasn't played it at all or is just bad at it. It's as simple as this, you're meant to play both pve and pvp to be successful and get all the stuff in this game, and it was always supposed to be that way, why do you think iron banner was in the beta? People for some reason act like this was supposed to be a pve only game or something, it was always supposed to be half and half and I love it that way. And people complaining that pvp gets so much more focus, ya there's more pvp "events" with trials and banner being so regular but they're literally just already existing game modes with some extra gear tacked on, much easier to make that happen than completely new content for pve, also I'm sure the people who work on pvp content vs. the people who work on pve content are completely different teams so dropping one wouldn't even benefit the other most likely.

Also a raid takes forever to program so a new strike every month , and a new raid very six to eight months is a good deal , this allows them to tweak to their hearts content , and really perfect them.but think would you always pve , I don't , mainly to keep the game fresh . So I say yes , but the happy balance they have right now is good . My idea stated above could work but remember bungee already works hard on a tight schedule keeping the game updated , and working . The way they're releasing new content like the taken king is the only way they can make money , and keep providing a great game experience. I know this was long , but we need to think about economic logistics when we alter an experience such as destiny. Do I want to lose a number of players for one half of the community , or retain all our customers. That's just how reality is

I said no but hear me out. I don't want to drop PVP, but maybe Crucible. What would be really cool is if we could have some kind of world PvP, where you could flag yourself and be able to be shot by other people with their flag on. Kinda like WoW. Of course WoW also has arenas...

1 답변PvP already blows. Plus I never believed it should've been a part of the core game to begin with. How fair is it for bad players to just jump right into a match, do poorly, and still get Exotics?

1 답변I sure would as much as I love my ToO gear this game doesn't really feel as fun as the first 3 Halo games when it comes to pvp.

1 답변Yes. Destiny PvP can be great, but more often it's just frustrating because of everything being able to kill you in under a second. More VoG quality content would keep me playing a lot more.
