In the early stages of fetal development, the fetus is actually female and partially developes the mammary glands and female reproductive system. But when the SRY gene (located on the Y chromosome) activates, the growth of the mammary glands halts, and the reproductive system begins to morph into that of a human male. Tl;dr we start out as gals in the early stages of fetal development.

5 답변Humans essentially start off as asexual, not female, and stay that way until the XX/XY combination kicks in. The nipples are there just in case the baby has two X chromosomes.
