The community is broken, not bungie
I have come to the conclusion that every user that has been complaining about the upcoming expansion price and the issue with Luke Smith are children. If you honestly have trouble paying for an expansion maybe you shouldn't be playing video games and focusing on getting a better job or earning a little more pocket money from mummy and daddy. As for the Luke Smith ordeal and those who are posting "SIGN IF YOU WANT LUKE FIRED" obviously have no idea what it's like to earn money for living, feeding loved ones, gifting loved ones. Now that Luke has apologized (which he really didn't need to) there are posts saying "SIGN IF YOU FORGIVE HIM". I just can't get my head around what you guys want exactly..
When bungie first released the news about TTK price majority of you jumped up and down wanting free stuff because "you deserved it". Now Bungie has came forward and offered day one players with exclusive items and yet you guys complain. The majority of this community are nothing but selfish little children that want everything for free. I cant get over the amount of contradictory ass hats there are here. Please community, understand you are the problem with Destiny, not bungie. They listen to your screams and try fix things that aren't broken, you are never happy, you want everything handed to you. Grow up.

Some Bhurt users claiming I said it's rare to have a job, I was referring to others asking Luke to be fired. If they had a job and had to support a family they'd never wish that upon anyone. Also alot of people who disagree seem to think "want and "need" are the same thing thus pushing my point further.

Some very good points are being made by some users, some which I completely agree with. But still some children are bringing their immature charm into it with nothing positive. That's forums I guess.

1 답변maybe you should understand the arguments before you start fire hate at them. There are some very good reasons to be angry, especially if you are in the UK and have to pay 50% more than Americans do for the same product. This is where a lot of the complaints came from in the first place and it has not even been addressed by bungie yet. Also, the day one players wanted access to the exotics items that were only available if you buy the things you already bought again.

1 답변I have over 700 hours. The only problem I see with destiny is pvp lag. But I still play day in and day out. The people on this forum are the biggest problem, that being said they only represent a very small portion of the people who play. Not all the people on this forum are bad but most are just whine like babies.

I think it's a good thing they get some form of backlash, but at the same time I agree it's taking things way too far calling for someone's job over this.

1 답변Well said, sir. It's almost like a lot of people these days feel they have this sense of entitlement in life. Almost like everyone owes them something. It's a very sad state of affairs. I see it all around me on a daily basis. When i was in my teens and 20s this sort of behaviour simply did not exist and people in general were a lot more thankful for what they had and what they could purchase. I honestly believe a lot of gamers these days a spoilt rotten and it's never enough. No matter which amazing games are thrown at them, there's still something to complain about. It's sad really. Yes, we have to pay for an expansion. But we'll yet get another few hundred hours of playtime out of it. Isn't that worth the money? Just my 2 cents.

What about the people boycotting the business practice of exclusive dlc. Been doing so since call of duty started that. Unfortunately I didn't read up on the exclusive content in destiny and bought the dlc on release day. Biggest regret yet.

The community will literally search for things to complain about. Remember in December [spoiler]that rhymed[/spoiler] when everyone got something from the post master and everyone complained "I don't want this" or "I already had this"... Can't please everyone I guess.

Bungie could have made a monthly subscription service which I probably would have paid but they didn't. I find it to be a bargain. Generally I buy a game for $60 (I usually download cause I'm lazy), I beat it and never touch it again. This game has got me addicted and I have gotten way more than my $80 worth considering I've been playing over a year. If you think bungie/activision is an evil ecomic mastermind than do what I did... I bought stock in activision so that I am tied to their success, they do well and then I reap the benefits.

While the game itself does have problems and Bungie makes it share of mistakes, this community is truly awful and full of spoiled, rude, entitled and horrible people (children and adults). It's one thing to complain. It's another thing to demand people be fired, insist on getting things for free and throw tantrums after every press release, interview, leak or update, no matter what the news. We should all be embarrassed of this community.

Hell yeah I agree with you bro! This community is terrible & just want to complain about every little thing. Do I think Bungie could change some things, yeah of course, but nothing dramatic. I don't have a problem with the pricing of their stuff because I know it will be worth it. This community is full of babies and people who just want stuff given to them!
