The sad truth.
Its not the money, believe me.
I dont feel entitled.
Its the principle that half you sheep will blindly hand over $20 (same price as 'big' expansions)
This further promotes paid dlc and division of games before their release only to be sold back to us.
See the bigger picture, im portraying something that most of you seemingly cannot comprehend because it attacks your egos, dont let it. Its not an attack on you guys, its for us, the gamers

4 답변Everyone is complaining about the emotes and cosmetics. I couldn't care less about the emotes and cosmetics. What I dont like is: The price of the Legendary edition compared to the prices of everything in it (if bought seperately). 70 for edition 65 for base game 40 for TTK 35 for TDB and HoW 140 for the lot. So it can be: (based on current prices subtracted from edition) 5 for TDB, HoW and TTK 35 for base game and TTK 30 for base game, TDB and HoW, The price of TTK and its various editions in "foreign currencies". $40 =/= £40. And I heard the Australians got f***ed over too. The euro isnt so bad. $40 = €~45, And the fact that, since TTK is $40, that is the same price (basically) as TDB and HoW. Therefore it should have content more than (preferably) or equal to those two combined. And so far (I know its three months away) it doesn't look like it would live up to that expectation. Bungie only addressed the issue of the exclusive stuff, not all of the concerns.

£20 for TBD dlc, which included: several story missions, strikes, new weapons/armour, and a raid. £20 for 3 emotes, 3 shaders, and 3 class items TBD dlc felt like a let down with the lack of content tbh, and i know many others felt the same. but £20 for 9 cosmetic items which really wont add anything to game, im sorry but I dont see the "value" which Bungie are soo keen to keeping pointing out

2 답변So what comes with the digital version? That's the 40 dollar tier right? Are they seriously telling me that I have to pay another 20 dollars for the "collectors items" aka emotes, class items, and shaders? Wouldn't that make my total come out to 60 dollars? That's just plain ridiculous.

Exclusive content offered separately from package aimed towards new players, thus allowing content to be purchased with the new DLC if so desired. Not sure how long you've been playing video games. I can't tell how many times I paid full price for a game and then bought DLC. The next year, everything was combined into one package and priced between $20 and $30. It's standard practice.

1 답변The Taken King $40 The Taken King Legendary $60 The Taken King Digital Collectors $80 You were literally paying $20 for them before, they just made an upgrade path which is exactly what we asked for. If the noobs are gonna pay $20 for them then so can veteran players. I personally will probably buy the upgrade because that's all I wanted to do before. Bravo Bungee for actually giving players what WE all wanted. Thank you.
