Official Apology to Luke Smith and Bungie
Edit: I'd like to thank everybody for all their love and support. You guys have been incredibly helpful. By using your protests, negativity, and in some surprising cases, support, as bump fuel, this has been on the feedback page for the better part of the day so I'm sure someone from Bungie probably saw this sliver of positivity in this land of negativity. I can now switch the "we"s to "I"s. Once again, thanks everyone.

Edit: with the weekly update I think we can cross out regret one. It was a miscommunication between the community and bungie
I regret how much the community wants the exclusive items even though all of the exclusive items in the collectors edition are useless gameplay wise to anyone that has played for a month or so and isn't a die hard collector
And I most definitely regret that the community gives you such overwhelmingly negative feedback at the slightest provocation or even without provocation. We can be very toxic.

Yes. I suppose if you LIKE getting -blam!-ed by a buisness that YOU support. Apologize. Go ahead, keep 'throwing money at your screen', I'm sure they will make the game better and not continue to nickel and dime their fan base while at the same time insulting them.

8 답변I'm sorry, but please don't speak for the community. I do like playing destiny at times even though they have taken things away and changed things I used to do and cannot anymore. But, I read that interview over and over and you cannot walk back the intent behind the verbiage used, when the verbiage substantiates the intent. Do I wish ill will on Smith? No, but the community has overwhelmingly responded in opposite to this "apology". I do not trash anyone on here and try to understand everyone's points of view from those supposed educated that let you know that's why they are right and you are wrong, to logic behind the Rick Rolls ;p... Just kidding. So please sign your OP as yourself or state it is a petition (not implied at first) which I think is what you were going for? Don't use others or count on the fact that a post is made and that the title will stand on its own with no further inquiry other than the number of comments in the post. This will also keep people for the most part (mature) from attacking you for speaking for them. Old Badger

Well said. It amazes me how seriously people take a video game. I can't fathom voluntarily doing something I hated as much as some of these people do. If I had to log on to a forum every day to complain about something I didn't have to do, I'd go see a psychiatrist.
