Edit: I'd like to thank everybody for all their love and support. You guys have been incredibly helpful. By using your protests, negativity, and in some surprising cases, support, as bump fuel, this has been on the feedback page for the better part of the day so I'm sure someone from Bungie probably saw this sliver of positivity in this land of negativity. I can now switch the "we"s to "I"s. Once again, thanks everyone.
Dear Bungie
Edit: with the weekly update I think we can cross out regret one. It was a miscommunication between the community and bungie
I regret how much the community wants the exclusive items even though all of the exclusive items in the collectors edition are useless gameplay wise to anyone that has played for a month or so and isn't a die hard collector
And I most definitely regret that the community gives you such overwhelmingly negative feedback at the slightest provocation or even without provocation. We can be very toxic.

14 답변작성자: AYRES 6/24/2015 11:07:24 PMYou don't speak on behalf of the community. Bungie have allowed themselves to be manipulated by Activision. A company which once respected its fans has been twisted into nothing more than dirt under my shoe. They have shafted players in the EU, UK and Australia by purposefully keeping the price at 40 euros and pounds in the eu and uk and not bothering to change it at all, yet they were considerate enough to change the Australian pricing scheme to $70! One of their lead designers made fun of the community in an outrageous interview where he showed a complete lack of respect for the player-base and described the community as being gullible while still coming off as being condescending and admitting that the the CE was designed to get veteran players to cough up another $80. Exclusive content has been reserved for people who live in America and are able to buy red bull. Many people aren't so much annoyed by the exclusives in this deal as they are only exclusive for 3 months, but people are angry because it shows that we can expect more of this BS in the future which is frustrating to say the least. Xbox players once again have to pay the same price (well not if you live in the UK, EU or Australia) and get less content as Bungie have once again decided to plunge a knife into the back of the player base that made them and renew the playstation exclusives which caused outrage earlier on in Year 1. OP, you are completely deluded if you think we owe these people anything other than the receipt to this game and angry feedback. "We can be very toxic." Wait til you try the taken king red bull-shit which I'm assuming you drank before posting this.

Btw

Reading this interview didn't just make me not want to buy the expansion, it made me feel really shitty. I feel like I'm being laughed at, like I was a sucker for buying Destiny - a game I've really enjoyed and hyped to all of my friends before launch (EDIT: should note that this is the only game I have EVER pre-ordered). The way Smith talks about the player makes me feel small and disposable, like he owns me and I'm going to buy the new DLC no matter what because I'm just a sucker. I'm not the player. I am the sucker, and I will just throw money at the screen because I'm told to. Bungie, this is part of your game experience. Seeing one of your staff say things that make me feel like I've been duped into playing your game makes me not want to play. You've done a really good job in the past of listening to your fans and, more importantly, having fun with them. We used to be on the same side - that's how things like Red vs. Blue and Forge mode came about. What happened?
Source: Reddit There isn't much more to say than this. They've acknowledged our concerns about the price and the issue of having to re-buy a game we already own. That acknowledgement was, quite simply, "We don't give a -blam!-." Edit: Thank you all for your support so far. Spread the word, make your own topics, get this trending. We won't be silenced.
"We proximity chat" "Here ya go, enjoy" - no one uses it "Sorry we screwed up after Christmas, here are some free legendary weapons " - community complains "Nerf this, nerf that" "Okay" - community complains "Valus is too hard and long" "Okay, we made it easier" - community complains ""Skolas is too hard" "Okay, we made him easier" - community complains Etcetera ... Edit : Almost forgot the biggest one "I can't find 5 people to raid with" or "it takes too long to find 5 people" "Okay. We made a new mode with a 3 man team. Hope that helps" - community complains

3 답변You can post what you feel but as a person who doesn't say much on these forums, this company and partners are laughing at all of us. I have read enough post and this is the most shameful display backing a bunch of people who have been working hard to ignore the community that at large was still supporting them, until they recently showed their true colors( Smith ). Please do not speak for others, yourself fine but not for me.

I read the interview, nothing seemed out of context to me. It was quite extensive, when something is out of context it's cut from the question and it's containing response. There was nothing of the sort in what I read.

작성자: DarkStryker 00 6/24/2015 11:15:53 PMThis guy! I don't need you to apologize for me. We do not need to give them a apology, they need to give us a apology. Luke smith made a lot of people angry, and Bungie deserves what they're getting.
